The Locomotor Wipe Clean Handling Belt is a wipe clean comfortable padded patient handling belt that may be used by itself or with the optional Wipe Clean Belt Extension. The Wipe Clean Belt and Extension have a series of handholds ensuring a positive grip. All Locomotor handling belts have been designed to be fitted to the patient to enable caregivers to assist in transfers from one position to another.
The Locomotor Handling Belts can be utilised for many transfer situations, for example:
- Transfer from sitting to standing position.
- Transfer from one place to another allowing a patient to be steadied whilst walking.
