New product design and development

Our design and development team are amongst the most experienced in our market sector.

Through a process of close collaboration, including regular workshops and  forums with customers, practitioners and our sales & marketing team we conceptualise many new product opportunities.

Thereafter, through a robust evaluation process we set design and development priorities on a three-year timeframe. Our objective is always to commercialise innovative products which offer value for money solutions to daily care challenges. In addition, we often work with individual customers who require a bespoke product design to suit a particular market segment or care environment.

An flexible approach, together with a hard working ethos means that the new product development process, from conception to launch, can take just 6 months. Quite an outstanding achievement.

We receive many product related accolades and have been granted a good number of design related patents which protect our much sought after intellectual property.

As you would expect each product launched comes with its own training documentation and video demonstration. In addition, technical support is just a call or email away.
